We’re pleased to announce Proposify’s successful completion of the 2021 System and Organizational Controls (SOC) 2® Type 2 examination in consultation with 360 Advanced, a professional and independent third-party audit firm.
Having previously completed the Type 1 exam successfully, the Type 2 certification validates we were audited a full calendar year against our controls. This confirms we continuously and confidently meet the security, availability, and confidentiality processes and policy standards.

This examination complements our other long-term compliance initiatives. Proposify has remained compliant with the UETA (1999), the ESIGN Act (2000), and eIDAS (eIDAS Regulation 910/2014/EC) since our electronic signatures feature was released more than seven years ago. We have also remained GDPR compliant since 2018.
